• Conduct seasonal product knowledge seminars with retail sales staffs to build productive relationships, increase brand awareness and improve floor visibility • Create and implement seasonal selling tools and contests to support sales staff and improve sell throughs • Seasonal market visits to existing and potential wholesale accounts • Manage department store, independent and online accounts including Anthropologie, Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys New York, Neiman Marcus, Neiman Marcus Direct, Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks Direct, and Net A Porter • Partnered with design team to expand product assortment and maximize category volume opportunities • Extensive brand building and account targeting through trade show participation and major travel • Contributed to design development, merchandising and pricing strategy for seasonal deliveries while managing the six-month flow plan for e-commerce, department and major specialty stores • Implemented reporting weekly action plans while analyzing and tracking weekly selling reports for department and major e-commerce accounts • Negotiate Department store plans, margin agreements and all associated budget needs for Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdales, & Bergdorf Goodman • Analyze weekly selling to identify any potential additional or missed opportunities • Merchandise planning and line development for 12 collections annually with the Product Development and Design team to ensure that all fabric and classification needs are being met
